These installation instructions apply to the following system types:
The calibration is the final step in installing your Dual Camera Module (DCM) of your Wingfield AI Pro court. Calibration is only possible once both the DCM and the Court Terminal are fully installed and wired. The final calibration is carried out remotely by our Support team, so you don't need to handle any complex settings yourself.
Prerequisites for Calibration
Before reaching out to us, please make sure that:
- ✔ The Dual Camera Module is installed as described in the mounting instructions.
- ✔ All four corners of the court are clearly visible in the calibration image.
- ✔ Padel: You've placed two balls in the front corners of the court and both are clearly visible.
How to Display the Calibration View
During initial setup, connect all cables to the Court Terminal first before plugging the system into power and turning it on. Once your system is fully wired, you can display the calibration view on the Court Terminal:
- On the Home Screen, tap the ⚙️ icon in the top-left corner to open the Admin Menu.
- Enter your Admin PIN (shared with you via email and in our WhatsApp group).
- Navigate to the Calibration tab.
⚠️ Attention: The left and right cameras of the DCM may be swapped. If the view looks mirrored, click Switch cameras in the bottom-left corner of the calibration image.
Calibration with Our Support Team
☝🏻 By the way: Calibration itself is done remotely by our Support team — you don't need to configure anything technical yourself, just make sure the camera view is set up correctly.
Once everything is set up and the camera view looks correct, send us a message in the WhatsApp group and we'll perform the final calibration remotely.
