# Drop Drills with Wingfield | Pickleball
## In this tutorial, you will learn how to perfect your drop shots with Drill Mode and Video Review!
Carson uses the custom target zones in **[drill mode](https://help.wingfield.io/en/pickleball/drill-mode?hsLang=en)** to create his own personal drill. Thanks to the video review on the Wingfield Box, he can reflect on his technique after each drill and make significantly faster progress.

**Practice Goals:**
With these Drops, you want to play as short as possible into the kitchen and onto your opponent's backhand.

**Wingfield Box settings:**
1. Turn on [***Drill mode***](https://help.wingfield.io/en/pickleball/drill-mode?hsLang=en)
2. Select ***1 player*** (at the top of the screen)
3. Click on ***Drop ***
4. Select the ***Player ***
5. Select ***Custom Drill** andmark the **desired zones** (see video)*
6. Click on ***Start Drill***
**💡Tip:** Always play the same number of shots so that you can compare the scores of each round.
