How Wingfield works, what members can do, what runs automatically, and what to say at the front desk.
What is Wingfield?
Wingfield is the AI camera system on our padel courts. It records every session on video, tracks every shot, and turns play into stats, scores and automatic highlights. Members use it through the court terminal and the free Wingfield app; the club manages everything through the Admin Dashboard.

Booking integration
Wingfield connects directly to the club's booking system. Once connected, every booked session on a Wingfield court is linked to the players in that booking — no action needed on court. We call this Soft Log-in: for every booking, Wingfield pulls the participants from the booking platform and matches them against Wingfield accounts by email.
⚠️ Attention: The booking platform must be connected by the club during the initial setup. Contact our support team to find out whether your booking provider can be integrated.

Admin Dashboard

What members can do on court
Without an account — works for everyone, always
- Save Last 60 Seconds — one tap on the court terminal keeps the last minute of play. Afterwards the player scans the QR code on the terminal and the video downloads to their phone. This QR access is the only channel without the app.
- Challenge — Records the last 2 minutes in order to solve disputes for wall and line calls. The video is not uploaded to the QR code.
Logged in — via the app (or booking)
In the app, Play shows a personal QR code plus a 5-digit PIN. Type it at the terminal and the session is assigned to the player. Every session they take part in uploads to their profile automatically.
Game modes
- Match — structured recording; players enter the score at the end of each game. Team-based stats.
- Free Play — open play without match structure, same team-based stats.
- Drill Mode — guided target drills scored 0–100 (accuracy + speed into a zone), comparable across the club. Especially useful for coaching.

The Wingfield app (for players)
- Activities — every session, filterable by sport and type (Matches / Freeplays / Drills); open or share straight from the feed.
- Analytics — placement map (IN / OUT / NET per team), shot insights per shot type, rally insights, and per-shot deep dives with zones, speeds and net clearance. Matches add the score, rallies won by length, video downloads and Excel/CSV export.
- Video player — rally-by-rally navigation and Smart filters (Highlights · Longest rallies · Serve +1 · Return +1 and more).
- Explore — club rankings: leaderboards per drill, most shots played, serve percentages, more coming.
- Profile — all highlights (AI + manually tagged), activity, followers/following. Follow requests must be accepted; everything is private by default.
- Settings — English, German, Italian, Portuguese (French & Spanish coming); metric or imperial; video quality; notifications; password reset.

Coaches
The coach role is assigned by the Wingfield service team — typically up to 3 coaches per club, more if needed. Coaches then get:
- Player connections — the coach sends a request via the invite icon; once the player accepts, the connection is active.
- Coach Corner — a feed of all sessions of connected players, with full statistics per session and direct video download. The core coaching workflow.
- On-court support — coaches can log players in on court when needed. Players do not need to bring their phones in this case. Great tool for groups.

Onboarding at a glance (with active booking integration)
- The club connects their booking platform — one-time setup with Wingfield.
- Members book courts as usual — Soft Log-in handles the rest.
- New members get the claim-account email after their first session → account created in one click.
- On court: Save Last 60 Seconds and Challenge + QR download work for everyone, always. Account holders log in via QR/PIN.
- The club uses the Admin Dashboard for usage stats, highlights content and livestreams.
