# Questions about data protection
## We are pleased that you would like to use Wingfield. Since the protection of your personal data and especially your video data is particularly important to us, we inform you below about the basic use of the system.
As a company under private law, we are subject to the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed both by our external service providers and by us.

### Frequently asked questions
**Do the Wingfield Court cameras film even when I'm not using Wingfield?**
*The Baseline Camera and Wingfield Box only transmit data and video footage when a session has been started actively.*
**The video footage from which cameras will be stored?**
*Video footage is only taken and stored by the Baseline Camera. The Wingfield Box cameras only transmit stored video footage once it is not connected to a Baseline Camera.*
**How can I have my data deleted?**
*If you want your data deleted, please contact us directly.*

**☝🏼Info for court operators:** Please hang up the information signs sent along with your request in a clearly visible place on the court or in the entrance area of your tennis hall.
