# Access Management: Approve or block users for your Wingfield
## Unlock users for your Wingfield and simultaneously activate additional video storage in their Wingfield account.
⚠️ **Attention:** This feature is only available to users with a running Software and Service Plan.
The **Access Manager** gives you full control over the usage of your Wingfield. With it, you can actively approve or block members for your system. The tool is designed to be particularly helpful if you want to charge for Wingfield usage. You have two access options:
- 🔓 **Open Access:** There are no access restrictions, and anyone with a Wingfield account can log into your Wingfield.
- 🔒 **Restricted Access:** The first login is always possible; after that, only accounts you have approved can use your Wingfield.
### How to change the access mode of your Wingfields:
**⚠️ Attention:** Please contact our [customer service](mailto:service@my-wingfield.com) if you want to set your Wingfield to "restricted access mode."
☝🏻 **By the way:** If you have multiple Wingfields, the access mode applies to all your systems.
### Approve users in “Restricted Access Mode” with one click
So new users can familiarize themselves with the Wingfield features, the **first login to your system is always possible**, even in Restricted Access Mode.
For future sessions, users are blocked until you actively approve them in your dashboard.
As soon as a player logs into your Wingfield, they appear with an **access request** in your Access Manager’s user list.
With one click on  you can approve the user for your Wingfield. With a click on  you can reject the request.
#### Simultaneous upgrade to the Pro Plan
To allow your (paying) users to enjoy Wingfield without limitations, **every account you activate is automatically upgraded to the [Pro Plan](https://help.wingfield.io/en/wingfield-pro?hsLang=en)**. Without incurring any additional costs from our side, each member receives **25GB of cloud storage and full access to all AI video tools** in the Wingfield app.
**⚠️ Attention:** The Access Manager is a paid feature and must be activated in your Admin Dashboard.
#### How long do users have access to my Wingfield?
Your members can continue using your Wingfield in Restricted Access Mode **until you actively revoke their access** or **cancel your active Software and Service Plan**. Until then, the user enjoys all benefits of the [Pro Plan](https://help.wingfield.io/en/wingfield-pro?hsLang=en).
**💸 To charge or not to charge for Wingfield?**
Whether you pass on the running costs for each activated account to your members or not is, of course, entirely up to you. Our experience in other clubs has shown that **Wingfield is used most frequently where the system is freely available and integrated as a regular part of play operations**.
