The Access Manager gives you full control over the use of your Wingfield Box. You can use it to actively authorize or block members for your system. The tool is designed to be particularly helpful if you want to charge extra for the usage of your Wingfield Box.
So that your (paying) members can also use Wingfield without limits, every activated account is automatically upgraded to the Pro plan providing each member with 25GB of cloud storage and full access to all AI video tools in the Wingfield app at no additional cost to you.
⚠️ Attention: The Access Manager is a paid feature and must be activated in your Admin Dashboard. At the same time, a contingent of Pro accounts will be activated for you at unbeatable conditions, which you can pass on to your users. The Access Manager is currently only available in selected countries.
Upgrade users to the Pro plan with one click
In order to familiarize yourself with the possibilities of your Wingfield Box, the first login to your system is always possible without restrictions. As long as you do not actively authorize users from then on, they are blocked for your Wingfield Box.
Once a player has logged in to your Box, they will appear in the user list of your access manager with an access request.
Click on 
to activate the user for your Wingfield Box. Click on 
to reject the requests. Your members enjoy all the benefits of the Pro plan until you either actively withdraw their access to your Wingfield Box or you cancel your current subscription (for access management) with us.
💸 To price or not to price Wingfield?
Whether or not you pass on the running costs for each activated account to your members is, of course, entirely up to you. Our experience in other clubs has shown that Wingfield is particularly popular wherever the system is available for free use and is an integral part of gaming operations.
