Member Management in Your Admin Dashboard

In the Account Manager of your Admin Dashboard, you can assign roles to your staff or grant members access to your Wingfield system.

Account Roles in the Admin Dashboard

Once your Wingfield account has been set up as an admin for your club, you can log into the Admin Dashboard using your credentials. In the Users tab, you can add more accounts and manage their roles within your organization. We distinguish between:

  • 🧑‍💼 Admins: Have full access to all areas of the dashboard. They can invite new admins and staff members and unlock users for Wingfield (paid feature).
  • 🧑 Staff: Ideal for coaches or on-site club staff. They have access to essential admin functions in the dashboard and can also unlock users for Wingfield (paid feature).

How to Add Users to Your Admin Dashboard

  • Go to Users in the navigation bar.
  • Click Add Staff.

  • Search for the email address the user used to register with Wingfield.

  • Click the Role Tag if you want to promote the staff member to admin.

☝🏻 By the way: We now support multi-location management with a single admin account — ideal for franchises, club chains, or federations. One admin can manage multiple venues at once, with role permissions set per location.

How to Grant Coach Permissions to Wingfield Accounts

To ensure a valid relationship with your organization, you can only assign coach roles to users who have already used your Wingfield. These users appear automatically in your user list.

  • Go to Users in the navigation bar.

  • Scroll down to the Account Manager.

  • Click the Role Tag  next to the user you want to make a coach.

  • Select Coach from the options.

Note: You can only assign coach roles within your activated coach quota.

You can learn more about how to manage access in the article: Access Management: Approve or block users for your Wingfield

⚠️ Note: The Access Manager is a paid feature. If it is not included in your current plan, please contact our Customer Support to enable it in your dashboard.
