Ongoing server costs are incurred for the permanent storage of video recordings, which is why users of a free basic account only have access to the full video of their last workout. All older video recordings are deleted from our servers after a period of time. Any user can counteract this by upgrading to the Pro plan and unlocking additional video storage in the Wingfield app.
If you, as the operator of the Wingfield Box, want to ensure that your members can really utilize the full potential of your tracking system, you can upgrade their user accounts to the Pro plan with the Account Manager. This will give them unlimited access to all their videos from past sessions and all AI video tools, among other things.
⚠️ Attention: The Account Manager must be unlocked in your Admin Dashboard. As a contingent of Pro accounts is activated for you at unbeatable conditions at the same time, which you can pass on to your users, there are additional costs for the Account Manager.

Upgrade users to the Pro plan with one click
As soon as a player has logged in to your Wingfield Box for the first time, they will appear in your user list.
By clicking on 
you can upgrade them to the Pro plan without incurring any additional costs on our part. They will enjoy all the benefits of the Pro plan until you downgrade them again.
In the status bar of your quota you can see how many licences you can still allocate. Contact our customer support if you would like to increase your quota.
