Streaming Camera Configuration
This guide shows how to configure your streaming cameras for different setups – Wingfield Cam, Wingfield Cam+ or Wingfield AI Pro.
These installation instructions apply to the following system types:
The Wingfield Streaming Camera delivers the live video stream and is separate from the Dual Camera Module (DCM), which only handles tracking in Wingfield AI Pro setups.
In this article, you’ll learn:
- ✔ Where to find your MAC address or S/N number of you camera (Quick Link)
- ✔ How to configure your Streaming Cam(s) (Quick Link)

We recommend configuring your camera after mounting is complete. That said, it's worth reading this article beforehand, because:
- ✔ If you have a system with a Court Terminal, you can fine-tune the camera alignment using a live image on the screen (only possible after configuration)
- ✔ You'll need your camera's MAC address for configuration — note it down beforehand
☝🏼 By the way: Once the camera has been detected on your network and configuration completed, you can unplug it again four mounting.
Preparation: Note the Serial Number / MAC Address

Before you start mounting, note down your camera's S/N number or MAC address — which one depends on your camera model.
- Carefully detach the glass dome from the camera.
- You'll find the SN number or MAC address on the label inside the camera.
- Write it down or take a photo — you'll need it later during the configuration step.
Streaming Camera Configuration
Configuration differs depending on your court setup. Do you have a Court Terminal or not? Choose your guide:
- ➡️ Wingfield Cam+ or Wingfield AI Pro (both with Court Terminal)
- ➡️ Wingfield Cam (without Court Terminal)
a. Streaming Cam Configuration for Wingfield Cam+ or Wingfield AI Pro
If your Court Screen (for Wingfield Cam+ or Wingfield AI Pro systems) is already powered on, you can start configuring your Streaming Cam(s). This allows you to display a live camera feed on the screen, making it easier to optimize the camera angle and perspective.
⚠️ Caution: Make sure the Ethernet cables of your Streaming Cam(s) are connected to the PoE ports of your switch. The switch must also be powered on and correctly connected to your Court Terminal.
⚠️ Attention: To configure the Streaming Camera, your Court Terminal must be connected to the internet.
- Click on the ⚙️ icon in the home screen of the Court Terminal
- Tap Baseline Camera
- Add your first or second camera
- Enter the MAC address / S/N number you noted earlier (depending on the camera model)
Once the camera is connected, you can display a live stream of your camera on the court terminal by clicking on Align camera.
☝🏼 By the way: It’s no problem if you need to disconnect the camera’s LAN connection again before its final installation. Once the Baseline Camera has been detected on the network, simply tap Reconnect.
