Your Admin Dashboard is the place where you can manage your Club account and your Wingfield Boxes.
Admins
You can log in to the Admin Dashboard with your personal Wingfield account. To add an admin to a clubs dashboard, please contact our support:

✅ Checklist: Make sure to send us the email addresses of up to five accounts that we should add as admins to your organization once you placed your order.
💡Tip: We suggest setting up an additional club account using a general email address of the club and add it as a Master Admin.
Coaches
Alongside admins, coaches also have a special role in Wingfield. Users with a coach account can access additional features in the Wingfield app that make working with with their players much easier.
✅ Checklist: As a club admin you can now assign up to 3 free coach accounts by giving us the Wingfield accounts (email addresses) of your coaches. We will then verify them and give them access to the advanced coaching features
Box health
On the home screen of your Admin Dashboard, you will also find various reports on your Wingfield Boxes. Here you can see the online status of your systems, whether they are currently in use and whether your baseline cameras are currently connected.
Usage reports
See how your Wingfield Boxes are currently being used by your members in the usage overviews. Move your cursor over the graph to see the breakdown into session types.
☝🏼By the way: If you own several Wingfield Boxes, these analyses are cumulative for all systems. You can find usage overviews for each individual Box in its detailed view.
💡Tip: You can access your company settings at the top right of the navigation bar. Contact our support if there is no club logo or an incorrect one.
