Whether your match has already been reviewed or you just completed the match, both of you always have the option to contact us with any issues. Please consider the information and email concerns we require in the cases listed below:
You do not agree with the validation result
Your match was not approved and you can't explain why? You have up to 24 hours after the validation result is sent to you to appeal the result. An independent referee will review your appeal and, if necessary, validate the match in a new review process.
Please describe your request briefly in an email and include the Session ID. You can find out where to find your Session ID here.

Wir wollen faire Lk-Matches auf den Wingfield Courts sehen und gehen daher bei entsprechenden Vergehen hart vor. Ausschlüsse und Sperrungen führen wir jedoch erst nach wiederholten Vorfällen durch (📖 lies hierzu noch einmal den Artikel zu Verstößen & Sanktionen).
Du kannst eine Account-Sperrung dennoch nicht verstehen? Dann bezieh hierzu bitte unter Nennung deines vollen Namens sowie deiner E-Mail-Adresse (mit der Du bei Wingfield angemeldet bist) schriftlich Stellung. Wir prüfen den Vorfall dann detailliert.
